Die This way

Me and my flatmate somehow ended up discussing how to die. not that we compel each other to the thought. My flatmate wanted to die in his sleep without any pain. Wishing not to wake up on certain monday morning I guess.
I disagreed as it wont be fulfilling for me to die without saying goodbyes and finishing the things not yet done. So I proposed a combination of hitech and ancient.
in vaidic times there existed vanprastha and sanyas ashram. Which meant that after age of 50 one was planning a stairway to heaven of sorts. So I would want to do the same but at a different age ( as these days only around 50 one gets to enjoy life). I shall say my goodbyes to all near and dear ones and head for my pilgimage. then comes a tech thing, I shall fit myself with somekind of gadget that would send everyone an SMS the moment I make my exit from the planet earth in spirit ( with perfect GPS location of my remains).

what if it was a woman's world?

women go to great lengths in making themselves attractive. showing the right parts that would attract men like moth to the flame. Scientists have invented surgeries to help women in this quest. all this is blamed on male oriented view of the world.

was wondering as to what would men be doing if it was a woman's world? what parts they would be flaunting and what surgeries would be invented for men ( as if salman khan is not showing the way already )?

food and sex

i was watching one programme on BBC where they were trying to show problems of overweight people. one woman was telling that she keeps thinking about food all the time and that has led to her current state. was wondering how it would work too much thinking of food.. leads to eating of too much food..hence the extra fat. i guess that happens because food is easily accessible to people. just think what would happen of sex was as easiliy available as food..

unequal musings

after reading many blogs for many months now.. i feel the blogworld has its own hierarchy.. all blogs have the ubiquious blogroll and most of the time people have the blogs they like on their blogroll ( sometimes maybe to show the elite company they keep...specially techbloggers). it is normally not an equal rlationship... it is like unrequitted love at times... u like his/ her blog and blog roll them.. but they maynot even know of your existence on planet earth....
like reverese pyramid at times.. bottom most is the person who has everyone on his/her blogroll and doesnt figure in blogrolls of the ones she/he admires

ape star

was watching yet another song and dance dish on TV.... after seeing the scantily clad heroine and flower prints adorned hero...doing the jiggle wiggle routine... i was wondering ...apes have been alleged to be related to us in DNA etc . what if apes someday really reached heights in their civilization ( in present physical form as such) and made movies inspired by these bollywood dishes.... just imagine mr. ape and ms. ape doing some of those dance routine... ( let ur imagination run wild... :) )

Does democracy breed mediocrity

Does demcocracy breed mediocrity? Just look around and see the leaders that are products of democracy ( not to be confused with the leaders that brought democracy to its people ).
